As long as your WordPress security product or services meets the requirements for certification, all you need to do is submit the form below to get certified. If any possible violations of the certification requirements are found while reviewing an application for certification, we will seek to address those with you so that you can get certified.
To have your product or service certified, it needs to meet the following requirements:
- Marketing claims about it are well supported and don’t include hyperbole.
- Product or service has been tested and shown to provide the claimed protection.
- Your product or service is properly secured.
- Any other WordPress plugins you offer are also properly secured.
- You are not spreading fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) about the security of WordPress.
- You are not partnering with, owned by, or promoting other providers with insecure practices.
- Data collection is clearly disclosed.
- If possible violations of the certification requirements are found after your product or services has been certified, we will seek to address those with you, so you can remain certified. If there are repeated willful violations that will lead to revocation of the certification.
